This concept introduces a loyalty program that offers exciting benefits for patrons of a local theater. The aim is to engage and excite both current and future fans, combining a friendly yet sophisticated tone to celebrate film culture and community pride.

 

The campaign strikes a balance in messaging, ensuring that communication remains informative and confident while also conveying genuine enthusiasm.

Project Overview

Challenge: The Davis Theater needed a clear, compelling way to strengthen loyalty among regular patrons while celebrating its identity as a historic neighborhood cinema.

 

Insight: Moviegoers connect most deeply with theaters that feel like part of their community—where the experience extends beyond the screen.

 

Approach: Build a speculative membership program from the ground up, shaping the branding, user flow, and copy to blend local warmth with film-lover credibility and showcase strengths in UX writing, content design, and audience engagement.
